Other Duties Described: 
This course runs from October 26th, 2026 to December 13th, 2026 with grades due two weeks thereafter. Course Development required for BUS*6220*EL01, 30 hours of preparation time for this development will be as outlined in 14.11 Supplemental Payment for Preparatory Work for Sessional Lecturers. Respond to student's questions within 24 hours, provide feedback re: assignments in a timely manner and submit grades to Executive Programs within ten days of the final class. Attend Faculty Meetings with Executive Programs, as scheduled. This course is a part of the online MBA and MA LEAD programs.

Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Executive Level course on leadership through crisis in the Professional Programs (MBA and MA Leadership). 10 years of Executive level Leadership within the public sector required, experience in senior leadership decision making, critical thinking and negotiation in crisis situations, as well as demonstrated professional experience in strategic planning and decision making within organizations.

Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
10 years Experience in Executive Level leadership of organizations within the public sector. Extensive experience in senior leadership decision making, critical thinking and negotiation.

This course runs from October 26, 2026, to December 13, 2026, with grades due 2 weeks thereafter. This role requires approximately 3 hours of online teaching per week, with up to 16 hours of responsibilities for executing the course per week.
