1) Reviewing of DoM Information Checklist for Sessional Faculty (emailed to you prior to semester start-up); 2) Completing one-time only three online UofG administrative training courses before the start of classes and uploading certificates of completion; 3) Maintaining CourseLink; 4) Submitting Deferred Exam and Marking Rubric to Academic Assistant prior to end of semester; 5) TA Coordination meetings if applicable

PhD in progress related to field
PhD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Experience in assessment, feedback, evaluation and teaching of adult learners is desirable, particularly at the graduate
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
A background in a management-related discipline such as management, organizational behavior, or organizational psychology.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree: 
PhD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Prior experience teaching leadership-related courses
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
A demonstrated ability to engage in pedagogical innovation.
