Eco-Medics
Eco-Medics is a life sciences camp for students in Grades 4–5 who are curious about animals, health, and how living systems work. Campers will explore topics in zoology, biochemistry, and environmental health, discovering how science and medicine help us care for both animals and ecosystems!
Through hands-on investigations and interactive activities, campers will explore how science and technology are used in life and health-related fields. They will learn about tools, techniques, and problem-solving skills used by scientists and medical professionals, and how these careers support both people and the environment. Where possible, campers may also take part in unique experiences such as special visits or mentor-led activities that help connect camp learning to real-world science and health careers.
Expect to See
Hands-on life science and medical-themed activities, exploration of animal health, biology, and biochemistry, and connections to careers in veterinary and life sciences!
