Program Coordinators
Program Coordinators are experienced Creative Encounters instructors who return to take on a leadership role within the team. In this position, coordinators support both program delivery and the day-to-day operations of camp. They help guide and mentor instructors, ensure programs run smoothly, and serve as a key point of communication between the instructional team, program leadership, and our audiences.
Program Coordinators play an important role in maintaining the high quality of Creative Encounters’ STEM programming. They support activity planning and implementation, assist with scheduling and logistics, and contribute to initiatives such as instructor training, participant check-in systems, and specialized programs like the Instructor-in-Training leadership program. By combining leadership, organization, and teaching experience, coordinators help create a supportive environment for staff while ensuring campers have a safe, engaging, and exciting summer experience.
