Recruitment Timeline for the Fall 2025 Work Term
- Post positions from May – August.
- Application packages can be received as early as May 21.
- Interviews begin on May 26 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin May 28 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
Recruitment Timeline for the Winter 2026 Work Term
- Post positions from September – December.
- Application packages can be received as early as September 16.
- Interviews begin on September 19 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin September 24 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
Recruitment Timeline for the Summer 2026 Work Term
- Post positions from January - May.
- Application packages can be received as early as January 20.
- Interviews begin on January 23 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin January 28 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
Work Terms
Students are available for either 4, 8, or 12 month terms (program dependent).
