In-Course Co-op Application Recruitment

The deadline dates listed below are important and are designed to give you the full semester to prepare and submit your in-course co-op application.

If your application includes additional forms, please aim to complete them as early as possible. This will help ensure you have enough time to gather any required approvals from your Academic Advisor and submit everything before the deadline.

To be considered for admission to co-op, your application should be completed in Experience Guelph by the deadlines posted below.

Fall Term Applications (September - December)

*Deadline to apply is November 28, 2025, by 11:59pm. 

Applications for the following co-op programs should be submitted during the Fall semester up until the last class day. Admission decisions will be communicated to each applicant by email in mid-January.    

Bachelor of Arts​

Applications for the following co-op programs should be submitted during the Winter semester up until the last class day. Admission decision will be communicated to each applicant by email in early July.
