Purolator Holiday September 30 - no pickups or deliveries

September 30, 2025, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, is a holiday for Purolator employees.

There will be no shipment pickups or deliveries by Purolator on Tuesday, September 30, their terminals, Retail Centres, Contact Centres and Head Office will be closed.  Shipments picked up on September 29 will experience an additional business day in transit due to operations being closed on September 30.  Customers are still able to create shipments via the online shipping platforms on September 30.  If you are using an offline shipping channel (third-party vendor ), you will need to select the next business day (October 1) as the shipment date.
