To find the tuition and fees for your cohort year, use the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes cohorts 2018 to 2022. For earlier cohorts, please check Account View on WebAdvisor. Cohort year refers to the academic calendar year for your first admission to the University OR the calendar year for subsequent admission to a new program or readmission to the same program or a new program.

Additional program-specific fees may apply. Tuition and compulsory fees are subject to change.

*The Student Dental Plan has a limited opt-out period. Students need to provide proof of alternate coverage and submit an online opt-out form. Students who wish to obtain family coverage under the Student Dental Plan or Student Health Plan must submit a family add-on form by the posted deadline. An additional premium is charged.

**Refundable in first three weeks if requested from the organization.

Students in the Master of Conservation Leadership (MCL), MBA and MA Lead programs are not billed for all of the University and Student Organization fees above. Total compulsory fees for those programs is $49.97 (in addition to any applicable miscellaneous fees). Compulsory fees for students in the Master of Dairy Technology Management (MDTM) and online MSc, Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs total $326.97 ($49.97 plus fees for the Student Health Plan and Student Dental Plan).

Full-time students who are conducting their research at a distance greater than 200 km from Guelph for the entire semester will be responsible only for the tuition, the GSA fees, the Health Plan and the Dental Plan and, in the case of international students, the UHIP fee (if applicable) for the semester indicated. Exemption from the other student fees must be requested using the Full-Time Distant Fee Status Application form, available on the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies website. Such requests will be considered on an individual basis and must be done for each semester.

Student Health and Dental Plans: Students who were not registered in the fall semester will be assessed the annual fee of $112.00 for the Dental Plan and $165.00 for the Health Plan. The Dental Plan has a limited opt-out period. Students need to provide proof of alternate coverage and submit an online opt-out form.
