Canadian Resident Loans

For details on provincial student aid (such as OSAP for Ontario residents), please contact Student Financial Services for personalized support and guidance.

This program is OSAP-eligible. For details, please visit the official Ontario Student Assistance Program website.

International Students

International students may research the NAFSA web page. Students have been successful in obtaining loans through these organizations, specifically if they have a United States resident who is willing to co-sign with them.

Why should you secure pre-approval?

Get ahead by submitting your tuition loan pre-approval alongside your application. While credit approval does not guarantee admission into the University of Guelph’s Master of Leadership program, early financial planning streamlines your journey and positions you for success.

Embarking on your journey to Canada is both exciting and transformative. At Lang, international students are supported every step of the way. Our Global Pre-Arrival Support team assists with everything from study permit guidance to settling into campus life. With faculty representing over 40 countries and a welcoming, globally minded community, you will find the support, diversity, and resources needed to thrive personally and professionally.

While the program is full-time, students are not required to maintain full-time residency in Canada in order to complete their degree. We understand that both programs do not meet Canadian Immigration and Citizenship’s eligibility criteria for international students to obtain a study permit, as the majority of the courses are delivered online. International students should apply for a Visitor’s Visa to attend the in-person experiences.

Please visit the International Credential Evaluations guide to further assess your academic background in relation to admission requirements.
