Online Transactions

Departmental users of the University of Guelph HR System may create transactions online from their Windows PCs. To obtain access, please complete and return the Application Access Request form  to Susan Thompson sbthomp@uoguelph.ca ext 56148 or Lillian Wilson liwilson@uoguelph.ca ext 52849 in HR. Your user ID and password will be emailed to you.

Login to VPN

Prior to accessing HR Systems as described below, you will first have to login to VPN as cfs\your_central_login.

Time Entry

For Time Entry and Inquiry, login at Human Resources Time Entry.

Human Resources Employee Records (HRER) 

For HRER, login at Human Resources Employee Records.
