Registration is now open for all Fall and Winter learning programs offered through HR's Learning & Development.
It's a full schedule this year, with multiple offerings of our core programs, sessions for leaders, and lunch 'n learn seminars. We have also introduced several new programs this year, including a one-day session for leaders and managers on Skillful Conflict Resolution, a new monthly Idea Exchange for all staff, and additional technical training programs, including one for LimeSurvey, the University's preferred online survey solution.

U of G launches G.O.A.L.
The University of Guelph is pleased to announce the launch of G.O.A.L., an initiative to encourage and support effective performance planning, assessment and development at all levels of the University. Visit the G.O.A.L. website to learn more.
Short information sessions for Managers and Supervisors will be held in September and October. These sessions will provide an introduction to the G.O.A.L. cycle, tips for engaging employees, and support for conducting effective performance assessments. Visit the Event Calendar to register.
The Learning & Development team is thrilled to welcome Lily Zhou to the role of Learning & Development Admin Assistant. Lily will play a key role on our team and will be your first point of contact for program inquiries, registration, and information on Learning & Development.
