For over 50 years, we have helped launch the careers of some of the world's hospitality, food service and tourism leaders. Our mission is to develop leaders in hospitality, food, and tourism management, while actively engaging with industry partners to integrate experiential learning, conduct impactful research, and address emerging industry challenges, positioning ourselves as Canada’s leading institution in the field. Our program gives you applied, hands-on learning. Experience running your own restaurant, hotel case competitions, industry networking, co-op work terms, or study abroad.
