We're Here to Help
The Office of Registrarial Services is here to support students in every step of their academic journey, from their first day to graduation.
We are comprised of several departments including the Lincoln Alexander Student Service Centre, Admission Services, Enrolment Services, Student Financial Services, Scheduling and Registrarial Systems and Technology.
Together we recruit and admit students, provide financial aid support, schedule courses and exams, assist with course enrolment, release final grades and produce transcripts and graduation diplomas. We also support our colleagues on campus by providing systems, reports and business process management.

WebAdvisor
WebAdvisor is an online system where applicants, students, faculty and staff can access important tools.
WebAdvisor Tip: Granting Access to Information
If you would like to give someone else access to your student academic record and/or financial record at U of G, you can provide consent via WebAdvisor.
- Submit the Release of Academic Information form on WebAdvisor (under Academics in the left-hand menu) to allow them to discuss your academic information with our office, including but not limited to course enrolment, program of study, grades inclusive of averages and related information, academic standing, academic misconduct and graduation information.
- Submit the Release of Financial Information form on WebAdvisor (under Financial Information in the left-hand menu) to allow them to discuss your account balance, payments, scholarships, financial aid, fines and other financial sanctions with our office.
