Experiential Learning
Explore our experiential learning courses, where theory meets practice through hands-on projects, community collaboration, and research opportunities, all designed to deepen skills and open career pathways.
Integrated Experiential Learning
Integrated experiential learning courses at U of G combine academic learning with activities like projects, labs, simulations, and field studies to enhance skill development.
Community-Engaged Learning
Community-engaged learning courses link academic concepts with skill development through collaborative projects with community organizations for shared benefits.
Research and Scholarly Creation
Research and scholarly creation courses allow students to conduct guided research in academic, industry, or community settings, engaging in systematic investigation and faculty evaluation.
We offer HIST*3480, HIST*3560, and HIST*4070, small instructor-consent courses with experiential learning, often involving partner organizations. HIST*3240 and HIST*3450 are also offered every two years with EL components. Other courses may include EL depending on the instructor.
