
Project Management Team - PMT
Welcome to the Project Management Team Website!
The Project Management Team (PMT) supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and projects approved by the University of Guelph’s Governance councils, including the Digital and Technology Advisory Council (DTAC), Capital Planning Committee (CPC) and Physical & Digital Infrastructure Committee (PDIC) and CTC. We provide oversights across all IT projects at the University. This enables greater visibility, more strategic decision making and reduced duplication of effort.

How we Support UoG
The PMT supports the University of Guelph in the following activities:
- Project Intake (Project Intake Form)
- Assisting with resource management
- Risk identification
- Consultation with departments on a 1:1 basis
- Support U of G governance committees
- Provide resources and best practices for Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management

Who We Are
The PM team comprises of professionals certified in the areas of project management, change management, business analysis and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) by standards organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Prosci.
