Understanding Real Estate Analysis and Management
Engage In a Truly Unique Degree
The Real Estate major in the Bachelor of Commerce program is one of only a few undergraduate programs in Canada that specialize in the real estate sector. It takes a multi-disciplinary approach to the study of residential and commercial/investment real estate.
Take Part In Interdisciplinary Studies
Topics such as the development, financing, valuation, market analysis and management of real estate are taught in the context of economic, legal, political and social factors affecting the large and growing field of business of real estate in Canada and the world.
Build Your Career Foundation
Students graduate with a degree that can lead to a variety of professional positions in the private or public sectors of the Canadian real estate industry, or they can continue on to graduate work in business, planning or the social sciences.

Throughout the Real Estate program, you will gain the analytical, conceptual and managerial skills needed to succeed in the high-growth real estate industry.
Students in the Real Estate RE program may also be interested in studying Management, Economics and Finance, Government, Economics and Management, Marketing Management, or other majors.

Our Real Estate co-op provides over 20 months of real-world co-op experience, designed to facilitate the transition of students from academic studies to a professional career improving students’ job search skills, work performance and networking abilities, and boosting resume experience.
