U of G Showcases Technology Leadership During Premier's Visit

U of G president Charlotte Yates, Premier Doug Ford, Minister Jill Dunlop visited members of the BDDC team.

Premier Doug Ford and Minister Jill Dunlop visited the University of Guelph to see how its research drives innovation across Ontario’s economy. Highlights included GIGAS, a smart greenhouse robot, and the Bioproducts Discovery and Development Centre, where agricultural waste is converted into biomaterials. advancing automation, sustainability, and circular economy practices.
