Title
International Institute for Critical Studies in Improvisation (IICSI)

Creates positive social change through the confluence of improvisational arts, innovative scholarship, and collaborative action.

IICSI is a multi-locale partnered research institute funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. The Institute is hosted at the University of Guelph, with sites at McGill University; Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN); University of British Columbia; University of Regina’ Carleton University; 17, Institute of Critical Studies (Mexico City); and Queen’s University Belfast.

IICSI seeks to contribute to interdisciplinary research and graduate training in the emerging field of improvisation studies.

Anticipating and responding to the changing needs of families, livelihoods, and living environments through research, teaching, and knowledge sharing, which include policy-relevant, community-engaged activities. 

Maplewoods Centre for Family Therapy and Child Psychology

Provides a wide range of clinical therapy services for children, adolescents and adults.  

Our clinic and training centre is committed to providing high-quality therapy services to individuals and families in Guelph-Wellington and the wider community. We also offer assessment and diagnosis to children and adolescents.

Marketing Analytics Centre

Facilitates research related to marketing analytics and consumer insights and engages academic and industry communities to foster leading-edge research and improve management practice on consumerism and marketing analytics.
