Communicating entomology to the public can be difficult. Most people are terrified of all the creepy crawlies that exist around us. Showing off the intricate and beautiful side of these creatures can allow entomologists to gain more support from the general public and show that not all insects are bad or evil. This damsel was photographed on an early morning in May while it was still a little too cold for it to move.
