In order to access ResearchLink, you must be connected to the campus network. While you are on campus using a hard wired computer (connected to the internet with a blue cable) you should be able to use your Single Sign On to connect to ResearchLink.
If you are connecting wirelessly, you should be fine if you’re using the University of Guelph secure wireless connection.
Once you are off campus, you will not be able to login to ResearchLink without establishing a secure connection to the campus network. Whether you are at home, or at the local coffee shop, it is important to ensure that your connection is secure, and you can do so by establishing a Virtual Private Network or VPN.
Please contact the IT help person for your department and ask them to download the appropriate VPN software if you do not already have this on your computer.

It appears you are off-campus and have not connected to VPN. Please do so before trying to access ResearchLink.
