The fee structure for all programs is based on cost recovery. Fee discrepancies reflect differences in expenses. The costs of handouts and supplies are included in the prices unless stated otherwise. Please add 13% HST to all fees.
Advance registration is required for all events with an admission charge (except for our $2 Wednesday Evening Walks ).

The Arboretum may cancel any event when the minimum number of registrants is not achieved by the registration deadline. Registrations are welcome after the registration deadline as long as the program is not full or cancelled.
Anyone may withdraw registration and will be refunded, less a $10.00 administration fee, up to the registration deadline of the program. Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be refunded. Should a program be cancelled, registrants will be notified by email and refunds issued if necessary. It is therefore vital that you supply your email address where you can be reached during the week following the registration deadline. If you do not have an email address, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day or evening the week following the registration deadline. We cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience caused to those who cannot be contacted. A confirmation letter will be emailed to you with workshop details.
The Arboretum assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, or for personal injury or mishap. Mailing List: Please note that when registering for workshops your name and address will be added to our database. You will then receive our monthly e-Newsletter. Should you wish to stop receiving the newsletter, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and include your first and last name with your e-mail address to which the newsletter is being sent and "unsubscribe" in subject line.
The REGISTRATION DEADLINE is used as a means to make an accurate decision on whether the workshop in question should run or not. Payment is required for all registrants by the deadline in order for us to make our decision. However, if you are interested in a course for which the deadline has already gone by, please do not hesitate to call. If the course is running and we have not reached our maximum number of participants, then we would be more than happy to register you for the course.
