Adobe Connect Pro is a secure web conferencing tool that allows participants to connect with others anywhere in the world through the use of video and/or audio. Popular uses for Adobe Connect include web meetings, presentations, conferences, webinars, and e-learning. CCS offers a limited number of Adobe Connect host licenses to departments on campus for the purpose of hosting online meeting and webinars. Adobe Connect Pro has been deemed non-directional for the University and will be discontinued as a service offering on August 26, 2019. After that date CCS clients will no longer have access to Adobe Connect Pro and any recordings of meetings they have made in Adobe Connect Pro. CCS has two new offerings that will replace the Adobe Connect Pro service, Microsoft Skype for Business, and Cisco WebEx. We invite you to visit What Collaboration Tool Should I Use?, where you can see descriptions and comparisons of these new services.
