U of G's business and residence phones (including those on the Kemptville campus) use VoIP technology that allows calls to be sent over a network by converting the call from analog to digital. The IP phones are hooked up to your computer and use an internet connection instead of a regular phone line.
If you are experiencing problems with your phone, please contact the CCS Help Centre.
