The Online Surveys Service allows you to create, publish, and manage surveys.
The service is provided by means of Qualtrics Insight Platform - a powerful enterprise-class survey system.
Survey Administrators use a web browser to create and manage their surveys. Survey Respondents can complete their Qualtrics-delivered surveys via a web browser on a Windows/Mac computer, or via their smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. Respondent data collected via the surveys can be analyzed within Qualtrics with its extensive analysis and reporting tools and also exported for more indepth analysis if required in tools such as Excel, SPSS and SAS.
On campus support at the University of Guelph for using Qualtrics for academic research, teaching and course work applications is available by contacting the Library's Data Resource Centre (DRC). You can contact the DRC by sending email to email@example.com. For all other requests for assistance for using Qualtrics, please contact Qualtrics Technical Support.
There is no charge for this service for Faculty, Staff and Students at the University of Guelph and the University of Guelph-Humber.

How to login to Qualtrics:
To login to the University of Guelph site-licensed version of Qualtrics please click the Login to Qualtrics button at the top of this page or go directly to this URL: https://uoguelph.qualtrics.com.
You will require a valid University of Guelph / Guelph-Humber Central Login Account.
About your Qualtrics account:
All faculty, staff and students at the University of Guelph and the University of Guelph-Humber are eligible for Qualtrics accounts at no charge. Accounts include free access to Qualtrics' Technical Support Team. Information about how to contact Qualtrics Technical Support is available here.
You create your Qualtrics account from the login page (https://uoguelph.qualtrics.com). Please note that a valid University of Guelph or University of Guelph-Humber central login account is required to create a Qualtrics account in the University of Guelph site license. Groups and individuals with Organizational or Sponsored accounts may also create a Qualtrics account. There is no charge for accounts.
Accounts are limited to sending out a maximum of 10,000 email messages in a 10 day period (i.e. the total number of survey invitation, reminder and thank-you messages is capped at 10,000 in any 10 day period). This cap can be increased for specific accounts for specific time periods if necessary. To have the cap increased please contact the Library's Data Resource Centre by sending email to email@example.com
Research Ethics Board approval:
The University of Guelph requires that ethical clearance be obtained before conducting any research involving human participants. Human Participant applications are reviewed by the Research Ethics Board.
Qualtrics and Accessibility:
Survey creators are responsible for ensuring their surveys are in compliance with applicable accessibility requirements and legislation. Survey creators should note that some Qualtrics question types do not meet common accessibility requirements. Qualtrics includes a tool that survey creators can use to check their survey for possible accessibility issues
