New exchange agreements, exchange balances and exchange agreement renewals

Nominate your students to University of Guelph

Please nominate your students for exchange by the deadlines below using the University of Guelph Online Nomination Form which we will e-mail to our partners in advance, or you can request from us via e-mail.

Nomination deadline for Fall semester - March 20
Nomination deadline for Winter semester -  June 13 *please see the note below:

Course registration will now open on June 23, 2025, for students coming in Winter 2026 which means that Winter courses may become full earlier than in the past. We therefore urge you to nominate your students by the following dates to increase their chances of getting the courses they need.  

For Winter semester (January - April):  June 13, 2025 
If you are not able to nominate students for the Winter semester by June 13th, please nominate them by August 20 at the latest. The earlier you are able to nominate them, the higher their chances may be of getting into courses.
