Core SIS Modernized and Re-implemented

The SIS Refresh team continues to work towards the implementation of the Student Planning Module. Although a launch date has not yet been set, changes to the configuration of undergraduate student programs within Colleague are required in preparation for implementation. While these configuration changes stem from Student Planning, it is part of a foundational modernization of institutional systems that allows us to implement new features and functionality in Colleague.

What You Can Expect:

There will be a change to the process where the University records a student’s main program and any additional areas of study, along with a change to the way proposed undergraduate student program change is evaluated by advising staff. These changes are being made behind the scenes and are not visible to the wider community. Implementation of these changes will begin this month and continue to be rolled out into November.
