This award was established by Brenda and Harold Whiteside to support the She’s Got Game Movement and recognize the family’s life long connection to soccer in the Guelph community. The recipient will be selected based upon extraordinary athletic and leadership qualities. No application is necessary. Coaches will nominate students to the Athletic Awards Committee.
Entering student-athlete who is a member of the Gryphon women’s varsity soccer team, student-athlete must have a minimum 80% admission average or current member of the Gryphon women’s soccer varsity team who is registered in any undergraduate program and who has achieved a minimum 70% average or equivalent during the previous academic year as a student-athlete.
