Established by Andrew Wilder and his family, this award acknowledges the importance of attracting young capable talent to Canada’s Agri-food sector. Apply by April 15 by submitting the Wilder Family Scholarship application and the online Financial Need Assessment Form for Entrance Awards (E.N.A.F.) as soon as they receive their acknowledgement email from Admissions Services (this will come automatically after an application for admission has been submitted by the student). Selection will be based on financial need. Students must remain registered in a degree program offered by the Ontario Agricultural College to receive all payments. This scholarship can not be held with the Wilder Family Leadership Scholarship, Board of Governor’s Scholarship, the Devine Family Scholarship, the Colwyn Rich Food Science Scholarship, Manfred Hermann Agricultural Bursaries, McAllister Family Bursary for Indigenous Students.
Students entering any degree program offered by the Ontario Agricultural College with a minimum 80% admission average, demonstrated financial need, and who have made significant leadership contributions to their schools and/or communities.
