Created in memory of Bruno Nielsen, who found joy in tending to his urban, organic, vegetable garden; with hopes to lessen financial burdens for students who shared his passions. Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form to Student Financial Services and submit the Bruno Nielsen Scholarship in Organic Agriculture application. Selection will be based on most significant involvement in organic fruit and/or vegetable production, as evidenced by breadth of work experience and/or volunteerism.

Students registered in any OAC degree program who have demonstrated involvement in organic fruit and/or vegetable production and have demonstrated financial need. Preference to students who have volunteered with the Guelph Centre of Urban Organic Farming.
