The BIPOC Excellence Scholarship was generously donated by Patrick Cook who is an Alumni Affairs and Development staff member, a U of G graduate and former Gryphon athlete. The Cook family was inspired to improve equity both at the Lang School of Business and the University. By creating this scholarship, they hope to encourage Black, Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) or racialized students, to continue their post secondary degree with the Lang School and feel supported on their exciting educational journey. Apply by May 15 by completing the BIPOC Excellence Scholarship application. Selection will be based on the highest cumulative average.

Students registered in any B.Comm. program offered by the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics who are Black, Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), or persons of colour/racialized person. Preference will be given to students majoring in Sport and Event Management.
