Sundar Singh-Hilsendager Theatre Studies Scholarship [I1441]

This scholarship was established by Theatre Studies alumna, Gabriella Sundar Singh (BA '11) and her husband, Jeremy Hilsendager. Their hope is to recognize and support a Theatre Studies major, who is helping to build community within Theatre Studies, and give that individual a boost of confidence that they are on the correct path. Apply by May 15 to the School of Theatre, English, and Creative Writing, at sotecundergrad@uoguelph.ca, with a letter outlining contributions made to building community in theatre studies through volunteer roles, work, and or/extracurricular activities and a CV. Selection will be based on the most significant contributions to building community in theatre studies as demonstrated through volunteer roles, work, and/ or extracurricular roles, both at and outside of U of G. In the event of equally qualified applicants, selection will be based on the highest cumulative average. In the event there are no eligible applicants, selection will be based on the highest cumulative average from students registered in theatre studies major who have completed a minimum of 4.0 credits. This scholarship can only be held once.

Students registered in the Theatre Studies major who have completed a minimum of 4.0 credits, and who have an interest in and passion for building community in theatre studies as demonstrated by volunteer roles, work, and/ or extracurricular roles in theatre.
