The Indigenous Graduate Scholarships were established to encourage Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) students to pursue graduate studies in any discipline. Apply during the Fall, Winter, or Summer semesters, using The online Indigenous Graduate Scholarship Application Form available on the OGPS website and includes a required declaration of Indigenous identity. Applicants must also submit a 1-2 page research budget via the online application. Applications will be evaluated on an ongoing basis. Selection will be based on research budget justification and demonstrated connection between research and fulfillment of Indigenous community responsibilities. Students must maintain satisfactory progress and full-time registration for the duration of the scholarship.

Students entering full-time graduate studies in May, September, or January following the application deadline, or registered full-time in any graduate program, who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit or Métis).
