Apply by May 15 by submitting the CSAHS Undergraduate Award Application Form with a CV with a comprehensive listing of extracurricular involvement and leadership roles. Selection will be based on academic achievement and leadership ability as demonstrated through extracurricular involvement and/or volunteerism.
Canadian citizens or permanent residents majoring in Applied Human Nutrition, Adult Development (ADEV) and Family Studies and Human Development (FSHD) in the B.A.Sc. program who have completed a minimum of 12.5 credits and achieved a minimum 77% cumulative average.
