Apply by May 15 by submitting the CSAHS Undergraduate Award Application Form with a one-page letter outlining their community related extra-curricular volunteer activities. Selection will be based on the most significant contribution to community as demonstrated through extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities. In the event of a tie, the student with the highest cumulative average will be selected.
Students registered in the Child, Youth and Family (CYF) or Child Studies (CSTU) major in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition who have completed a minimum of 5.0 credits with demonstrated extra-curricular activity and community involvement.
