This scholarship was established by Marriott International, Inc. to celebrate a student who is having a positive impact on their community. Apply by May 15 to the HFTM Awards Committee at hftaward@uoguelph.ca with a letter outlining community volunteer/extracurricular initiatives and activities undertaken in the previous academic year. Selection will be based on the greatest impact made in the community through volunteering and/or extracurricular activities.
Students registered in any program offered by the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management who volunteered or participated in extracurricular activities and initiatives off campus in the previous academic year.
