This prize is made possible by the generosity of the Charlebois-Vézeau family, in recognition of academic excellence and a passion for understanding the dynamics of food, consumers, and markets. The donors include Dr. Sylvain Charlebois, a nationally recognized food policy expert and former professor and associate dean at the University of Guelph, who remains committed to supporting future leaders in the agri-food and consumer sectors. Selection will be based on the highest grade in MGMT*4020 Interdisciplinary Food Product Development I or MGMT*4030 Interdisciplinary Food Product Development II. In the event of a tie, selection will be based on the highest cumulative average.
Students from any major offered by the Department of Marketing & Consumer Studies who completed MGMT*4020 Interdisciplinary Food Product Development I and/or MGMT*4030 Interdisciplinary Food Product Development II in the previous academic year.
