Sharon and Catherine Carstairs created this award for students with financial need who are majoring in history and/or active in extracurricular activities. Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) and submit the Creating the Future Scholarship application. Selection will be based on financial need. Students can hold this scholarship only once.
Students registered in any program who have demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given in the following order: 1) Students majoring in History who have participated in extracurricular activities, held leadership roles, or demonstrated involvement on campus or in the community. 2) Students from any program who have participated in extracurricular activities, held leadership roles, or demonstrated involvement on campus or in the community.
