Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.). Eligible students will be nominated by the VETM*4540 Surgical Exercises course Instruction Support Team to the OVC Awards Committee. Selection will be based on the student’s demonstrated outstanding respect of patients and willingness to assist classmates above and beyond expectations during the VETM*4540 Surgical Exercises course, as nominated by the Instruction Support Team. In the event of equally qualified nominations, selection will be based on the highest Phase 3 average.
Students registered in Phase 4 of the DVM program with demonstrated financial need who successfully completed the Phase 3 VETM*4540 Surgical Exercises course in the previous academic year with a final grade of Outstanding.
