Nominations will be solicited from Centre faculty and the Graduate Officers by the deadline date each year. Supporting documentation will include a curriculum vitae, publication list and grade report for the student, and two supporting letters. Selection will be based on a demonstration of ability and promise in research and his/her performance in at least two graduate courses, with particular emphasis being placed on the former. The award will be given for one year only, but a previous scholar is eligible for re-award. Special consideration will be given to outstanding students who do not currently hold other major awards.
