Established in recognition of the work and contributions of Ken Murray, OAC ’50, to the Canadian meat processing industry. Apply by submitting the Travel Grant Application Form. Applicants will be asked to indicate reasons for travel, date(s) of travel, estimated costs including a breakdown and total, and the anticipated benefits of participating in the travel opportunity. Selection will be based on the relevance of intended travel and anticipated benefits of participation.
Students registered full-time in any graduate program offered by the Department of Animal Biosciences or the Department of Food Science. Preference will be given to students who have submitted a thesis or research proposal relevant to meat quality.
