The table below outlines different statuses that applicants may see throughout an REB application’s submission, review, and approval lifecycle. EthOS will always display the most current status as your application moves through the workflow.
Note: similar status descriptions are used across the Main Form Application, Statement of Intent (SOI), and Amendment (AMD), so you may see slightly different iterations of the status description depending on what application form you have submitted.
If you have any questions on what a certain status means, don’t hesitate to contact the Ethics Office. We suggest using the Built-in Correspondence feature in your application form.
