How do I handle a work assignment when something (minor) changes after the offer has been extended/accepted?

It is important to know that all accepted Offers of Appointment are now 'owned' by the applicant and available to TA and SL's in their Profile -> Offer History.

There may be exceptional circumstances when one or more of the following (minor) details change AFTER an offer has been extended and accepted:

  • the level of appointment increases;
  • the wage step increases;
  • the Supervisor changes; or,
  • the end date changes.

Once the TA or SL has agreed to the change(s), in writing (via email):

Enrolment in AODA and EHS courses in Courselink

Upon appointment, employees are automatically enrolled in the following courses: 
 
  • Accessible Service Provision (ASP) 
  • Making Education Accessible (MEA)
  • EHS Worker Health and Safety Awareness Training

Printing Issues: Why do my Postings and Offers not print properly?

Firefox users: Printing issues in Firefox are related to a compatibility issue with the latest version which often assumes a page break where none exists.

This system works best when used with Google Chrome. In addition, there is no printing issue with Internet Explorer. Ensuring your browser has been recently updated will also facilitate the operation of the site.
