Microsoft position on online access to Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is a collection of cloud based services that work together to increase productivity through collaboration. Office 365 can be accessed through a web browser or mobile device to access your email, calendaring, contacts and tasks. You can also work with attachments through online versions of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

But what browser provides the best experience with Office 365? Microsoft provides guidance depending on the device you are using.

It is offered to all Staff, Faculty, Undergraduate and Graduate Students at the University of Guelph (including all affiliate campuses) and Guelph-Humber. Includes online versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and Onedrive as well as Office 2016 desktop versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and OneDrive.

The University of Guelph has migrated to Microsoft Office 365 which includes Microsoft Office 2016.
