Apps that have been enabled by CCS for Office 365 have been successfullly evaluated by Computing & Communications Services and have passed a Security Risk Assessment Question List which can be found on the Information Security team's website.  Information Security also has an informative blog entry on the CCS website about the potential risks of using Office 365 add-ins.
