CBS Mentorship Program

Are you currently enrolled in a CBS major (3rd year or above)?

Do you want to:

  • Get connected with alumni and upper-year students who share your career interests for informal yet professional career discussions,
  • Exchange ideas and receive personalized career guidance, and
  • Establish long-lasting professional relationships?

Consider applying for the CBS Mentorship program!

How it Works

  1. Apply: Complete the survey during the application window (open until October 18, 2023!)
  2. Get matched: If your application is selected, you will be placed in a mentorship group that includes one CBS alumni mentor, and 1-3 upper-year CBS students (including yourself).
  3. Connect: We'll e-introduce you to your mentorship group members, so you can hit the ground running and schedule your first meeting.
  4. Learn: You'll meet with your mentorship group at least four times throughout the academic year, providing plenty of opportunity to learn from each other, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships.

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in a CBS major
  • Upper-year undergraduate student (3rd-year or higher)
  • Priority will be given to students from equity-deserving groups
