Chinova Bioworks is pioneering the use of mushroom chitosan fiber for use as a natural antimicrobial in clean label foods and beverages. Chiber™ is a natural mushroom fiber ingredient that extends the shelf life of foods and beverages. It protects the food or beverage against spoilage from bacteria, yeast, and molds.
 
In this talk, you'll hear from Natasha Dhayagude, CEO of Chinova Bioworks. Natasha graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BSc in Biochemistry in 2014. Since then, Natasha was selected for a Venture for Canada fellowship, has participated in numerous accelerators including IndieBio and Sephora Accelerate. She was also recently named one of Atlantic Canada's Top 30 under 30.
