Prof. Marc-André Légaré Seminar

Prof. Marc-André Légaré from McGill University will present a seminar entitled "Cross-Coupling Catalysis and New Bonding Motifs in Main Group Metallomimetics" on Thursday, January 22 at 1:15 PM in MACN 101. See attached for seminar abstract.

 

Since 2020, Prof. Légaré is a William Dawson Scholar and Assistant Professor of Chemistry at McGill University. His work on the fundamental chemistry of main group elements and its application to catalysis has been recognized through a number of prizes including the CAS Future Leaders award, a CRC Tier 2 equivalent from McGill, competitive fellowships, and over 20 invited lectures on three continents.
