The 97th College Royal Open House and 1st ever Virtual Event

College Royal has decided to go virtual this year! We will be hosting a virtual event where the public is able to flip through our interactive College Royal Booklet, click on each events to watch live demonstrations, participate in activities for all ages, and watch pre-recorded videos. The clubs on campus have also put together activities and virtual displays for all to enjoy. A live chat will be open from 9-5 both Saturday and Sunday for the public to ask questions and talk with the College Royal Members.

Pets: Help us explain Pi! CEPS, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, and Creative Encounters have teamed up to celebrate Pi Day on March 14th with our pets – and you can join the fun! There are two ways to participate: On social media, post a picture of your pet alongside one digit from π with the hashtag #PetsExplainPi. One Year, One Health

2021 One Health Institute winter seminar series: One Year, One Health Over the last year, COVID-19 has dominated almost every aspect of our lives. In this talk Dr. Daniel Gillis will present several ongoing COVID-19 research projects spanning the domains of computer science, mathematics and public health. While the talk will focus on the use of scenario analysis and agent based models, data issues, science communication, and collaboration also will be discussed.
