Details

This year's KTT (Knowledge Translation & Transfer) Symposium endeavours to bring together speakers from diverse geographic and disciplinary perspectives to discuss how we can deliver meaningful and responsive knowledge mobilization for Ontario's agri-food and rural sector.

Join us in-person or online to:

  • Hear from researchers who are designing and delivering novel KTT approaches to engage communities across Ontario and Canada
  • Learn about international perspectives on farmer-engaged KTT strategies and how they can be applied in Ontario
  • Engage with industry and government partners to learn about different institutional approaches to KTT in the Ontario agri-food sector
  • Network with colleagues from across government, academia and industry who are working to connect producers with agri-food research

Event highlights include:

  • Keynote Speaker: Dr. Pierre Labrathe, providing an international perspective on knowledge exchange and how it can apply to Ontario
  • U of G researchers showcasing KTT projects
  • Panel discussion with agri-food industry partners
