Graduate Teaching Assistance Award

Dear Alexandra,
As Chair of the CBS Awards Committee, it is my pleasure to inform you that you are the 2020-21 recipient of the Graduate Teaching Assistance Award.

Congratulations.
It is clear from the nomination letter, and letters of support, that you have had a significant impact on the students that you have taught. It is also obvious that you are dedicated to teaching and enjoy sharing your expertise with your students. Your efforts to explore novel ways to engage students and encourage learning were also highly appreciated, especially during this past year when there were many challenges posed with the move to remote delivery. Your willingness to embrace technology and develop video content to support student learning is admirable and I’m sure no small feat.  You have a very bright future as an educator. Thank you very much for your dedication to this important responsibility.

Sincerely

Brian Husband
Associate Dean Academic and Chair of the CBS Awards Committee
